Engineers Oversea Service in Qatar in 2018

In Nov 2018 , at the invitation of our Customer from Qatar, our company arrange one Engineer for Machine Commissioning.Also train the worker how to use the machines.To ensure that the machine or production line can work normally according to the design requirements.Guarantee that customers can get fast, instant and professional technical support when needed.

Here are many different production line for galvanized A type ladder, fiberglass A type ladder, aluminum A type ladder, sliding ladder, straight ladder 

During the project, our engineers need to coordinate the communication between customers and other technical personnel.we can tell them how to cut the material (for example , for the riveting , each side need 6mm more to be used for riveted), 

how much length needs to be consider to be reserved (for example the D rung  squeezing how much needs to be reserved) , and  which part to be made first, which part to be made second.

Such as A type ladder, first use the cutting machine to cut the material , 

For the front stiles: CNC Stile punching machine for the front rail, multi punching machine for the rear rail, CNC punching and cutting machine the steps,  

For the rear rail: CNC punching machine punch the round rung,CNC Expanding machine to make the expanding process, CNC Riveting machine to make the riveting process.

After a few days of communication,with the stable performance,reliable operation, easy maintenance,  our machine have been well-praised by the customers.
